করোলা হতে রোগ মুক্তি।

 নানা রোগে করোলার উপকারিতা জেনে নিন-

করলা এক প্রকার ফল জাতীয় সবজি ও লতা জাতীয় উদ্ভিদ। করোলায় অনেক ঔষুধী গুণ রয়েছে। নিম্নে এর গুণাগুণ দেওয়া হল:

১। করোলার পাতা মূত্র বৃদ্ধি করে, জ্বর সারায়, কৃমি নাশ করে। ওষুধ হিসেবেও এর অনেক গুণ আছে।

২। বিখ্যাত প্রাচীন বৈদ্য সুশ্রুতের মতে করোলার পাতা জোলাপের কাজ করে এবং প্রয়োজনে বমিও করায়।

৩। করোলা পাতার রস নুন মিশিয়ে খাওয়ালে পিত্তের বিষ বমন ও মলত্যাগ দ্বারা বেরিয়ে যায়।

৪। ম্যালেরিয়ার করোলা পাতার রস শরীরে লাগালে এবং সাড়ে তিনটি করোলার পাতা ও তিনটি আস্ত গোলমরিচ একসঙ্গে পিয়ে নিয়ম করে খেলে উকার পাওয়া যায়।

৫। করোলার ফুল বা পাতা ঘিয়ে ভেজে বা কাঁচাই নুন মিশিয়ে খেলে অম্লপিত্তের জন্যে যদি ভাত খাওয়ার পরই বমি হয়ে যায় তাহলে তার নিবারণ হয়।

৬। তিনটি করোলা বিচি ও তিনটি গোলমরিচ একসঙ্গে অল্প জল দিয়ে পিষে খাওয়ালে বাচ্চাদের বমি বন্ধ হয়।৬ দিন খাওয়াতে হবে।

৭। করোলার রস এক চামচ নিয়ে তাতে অল্প চিনি মিশিয়ে নিয়মিত খেলে অর্শ ও অর্শ থেকে রক্তা পড়া বন্ধ হয়।
